Terms of use
Last updated: 30 July 2026
These terms govern access to the website at auto-ml.digital and describe how informational content relates to paid engagements with Auto ML (“we”, “us”). By using this site you agree to these terms.
Who we are
Auto ML provides grant spending compliance services from 83 Park Place, Carse, PA29 3JX, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@auto-ml.digital, +44 079 4453 4111.
Informational website
Content on this site describes services, indicative pricing, and general guidance. It is not legal, tax, or audit advice for your specific award until we have agreed a written engagement letter. Website forms do not create a client relationship by themselves.
Engagements
Paid work is governed by a separate engagement letter covering scope, fees, timelines, confidentiality, and deliverables. If these website terms conflict with an engagement letter, the engagement letter prevails for that work.
No online payments
This website does not process payments or host a checkout. Fees are invoiced under the engagement letter. Published prices are informational only.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit unlawful or misleading form content, or scrape content for commercial reuse without permission.
Intellectual property
Site design, copy, and branding are owned by Auto ML or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal or internal organisational use related to evaluating our services.
Accuracy
We aim to keep service descriptions current. Grant rules and funder templates change. Always confirm requirements against your award letter and with your funder.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website content alone. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Courts of Scotland have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
